About the site
Personality and career assessments
Nomigram publishes personality and career assessments for people who want a clearer description of how they tend to think, work, and decide. You answer the questions, receive a result based on your answers, and can buy the longer report for one assessment. The questions draw on public research instruments, and the site’s interpretations are its own.

What the site is for
Nomigram helps you understand yourself well enough to make a better decision about work, relationships, money, health, or how you spend your time. A result describes tendencies in your answers. It isn’t a label to live inside, and it isn’t a verdict about what you can or can’t become.
You might use a result to think about work that would suit you, understand why a situation keeps wearing you out, or find better words for something you already notice about yourself. It isn’t a tool for deciding what other people are like or what they should do.
What the questions are built on
The personality assessment uses 50 statements from the International Personality Item Pool, a public-domain set of items researchers have used for decades. That matters because the questions are open to anyone to check, instead of being a private set nobody can see.
The interest assessment uses 30 work activities from the O*NET Interest Profiler short form, from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, word for word. It is a public tool from a government agency that anyone can look at for free. O*NET is a trademark of the department, which has not approved, endorsed, or tested this site.
The scoring rules, type write-ups, reports, and explanations of what a score means are Nomigram’s own work. That part is interpretation, and the site marks it as its own reading wherever it appears.

Who you are compared with
Personality scores are compared with 596,850 people who answered the original version of these statements online (2016–2018). This comparison helps place your score in context, but it doesn’t describe what your score will make you do.
Those people did not take this assessment. They answered the original wording with slightly different answer options, so treat the comparison as a reference point. The interest code compares the six interest scores with one another, and the Career results also show an estimated average for U.S. adults as a reference point.
What it costs
Full reports cost $20 to $50, depending on the assessment. Each purchase is one payment for one full report, which stays open in your account for a year, and its exact price appears before you pay. Every purchase comes with a 100% money-back guarantee, so you get your money back if you’re not happy.

What the site does not do
These are the standing rules Nomigram runs the site by.
- Nomigram counts visits without cookies, has no advertising trackers, and loads every script, font, and image from its own site, apart from Stripe’s Climate badge.
- Answers are never sold or handed to anyone looking for information about a particular person.
- The assessments aren’t built, sold, or licensed for hiring, screening, or grading people.
- They don’t provide diagnoses or clinical claims, and they don’t score intelligence, potential, or employability.
