Before you buy
Terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using the site and buying a full report. They cover the reports you can buy, when payment is due, and the refund promise that applies if you’re not happy with a report. They’re written so you can read them before deciding.

Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Nomigram, which runs this website. In the rest of this page, “we” and “us” mean Nomigram.
When you use the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
What the service is
Nomigram offers assessments that you answer and a result based on your answers. You can also buy a longer report for the assessment you completed, with more detail to help you understand yourself.
Assessments, reports, and pages can be added, changed, or removed as the site develops. The site may also be unavailable at times, so no particular part is promised to stay available forever.
You can read about the questions, scoring, and sources on the method page: How it works
What you pay for and when
You pay for a full report for one assessment, and only at checkout, when you choose to buy it and confirm the purchase. The Self-esteem assessment’s full report is free.
Full reports cost $20 to $50, depending on the assessment. The exact price appears on that assessment’s page and again at checkout before you pay. One purchase includes the full report for one take of one assessment. Taking the assessment again starts a new take, whose full report is a separate purchase you may choose to make. Buying one assessment’s report does not include another assessment’s report. A full report you buy stays open in your account for one year from the day you buy it, and after that you still see your result and can buy the full report again.
You’ll see the price before you confirm a purchase. Nothing is charged until you confirm it.
Refunds and the guarantee
Your purchase includes a 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with a full report you bought, you get all your money back for that report.
You don’t have to give a reason, prove anything, or answer questions about why. Nothing is asked in return. When we refund a full report, that full report closes in your account, and your result stays.
You have 30 days from buying the report to ask for a refund.
To ask for a refund, write to: hello@nomigram.com
This promise is in addition to any refund rights the law already gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Accounts and results
To see your results, you sign in to your Nomigram account with a six-digit code sent to your email or with “Continue with Google”, with no password. Your account keeps the answers of each assessment you finish, with the date it was finished, and a record of each full report you buy, saved automatically so your results open whenever you sign in, and each full report opens for a year from the day you buy it. Each email address has one account, and whoever can read that email inbox or sign in to that Google account can sign in to the account, so keep access to your email and Google account to yourself. To delete your account and everything saved in it, email us at hello@nomigram.com. Deletion can’t be undone.
Your answers belong to you. The next section explains what agreeing to these Terms includes for pooled research.
You can read the full details and manage deletion on the privacy page: Privacy page
The research pool
By agreeing to these Terms when an assessment asks after its first set of questions or before your first result, you agree that Nomigram adds an anonymous copy of your answers and scores to the research pool. This includes the Personality Type assessment, Career assessment, and Five pillars check-in. Nothing is sent until the check-in’s age question has an adult answer, and an under-18 answer is never sent.
The copy includes the month it was sent, the month each assessment was finished, your age group, and a random code in place of your name, which lets you replace or delete it later from the privacy page. It never includes your name, email address, IP address, access information, typed words, exact date or time, or the check-in’s faith or mood answers.
The pool supports research and improvements to the assessments, including the averages your results are compared with. A number about a group appears only when the group has at least 30 people, and the pool is never sold or given to anyone else.
Use the privacy page’s “Delete my shared data” button to remove the copy from our server. After deletion, nothing more is shared until you agree to these Terms again when your next assessment asks after its first set of questions or before your next result. Deleted answers are left out of later updates, but numbers already published about a group do not change. You can read the full details and manage deletion on the privacy page: Privacy page
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site responsibly and not to do any of the following:
- Don’t copy, republish, or resell the questions, reports, or writing.
- Don’t use the assessments or their results to screen, hire, fire, admit, or grade anyone.
- Don’t try to break, overload, scrape, or take apart the site.
- Don’t pass a report off as someone else’s or as a professional assessment of a person.
- Don’t use the site to do anything against the law.
If you do one of these things, Nomigram can stop you from using the site.
What a result is not
A result is for helping you understand yourself better. It describes what you tend to do, based on your own answers, and gives you something to think about rather than an instruction to follow.
- It isn’t medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
- It isn’t a psychological or mental health assessment, therapy, or diagnosis.
- It isn’t employment, hiring, screening, or fitness-for-a-job advice, and it isn’t meant for deciding about another person.
- It can’t predict how you’ll perform, behave, or turn out.
Use a result as one input for reflection, not as the only basis for a major decision. If you’re worried about your health or your mind, talk with a qualified professional.
Who owns what
The writing, reports, interpretations, artwork, and design of the site belong to Nomigram. You can’t copy them for someone else.
You can read, save, print, and share your own report with anyone you like. That permission is for your personal use and doesn’t transfer ownership of the report to you.
The personality statements come from the International Personality Item Pool, which is public domain. They belong to nobody, so anyone may use them.
The interest questions and occupation information come from the O*NET Interest Profiler and the O*NET Database, by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, used under their Creative Commons licenses. O*NET is a trademark of that department. The department has not approved, endorsed, or tested Nomigram.

No warranty and limits on liability
The assessments and reports are provided as they are. Nomigram doesn’t promise that a result will be accurate for any particular person or right for any particular purpose. The site can also contain mistakes.
Your decisions after reading a report are yours, and Nomigram isn’t responsible for how they turn out. Where Nomigram is responsible for something it sold, what it owes is limited to what you paid for that report.
Some laws don’t let Nomigram deny responsibility for inaccurate results or limit what it owes to what you paid. If one protects you, the limit doesn’t apply and you keep your rights.
How these terms change
These terms can change as the site changes. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The version on this page is the one that applies.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. A dispute that has to go to court goes to the courts in Alaska.
If a part of these terms does not hold, the rest still does. These terms and the privacy page contain the complete agreement about your use of the site.
