The email address you write from is used only to reply to your message, and we don’t send marketing email.
What we can help with
- Questions about an assessment, its scoring, or a report
- Help using the site, including finding your results again
- A refund for a full report you bought, with no reason required
- Deleting your account and everything saved in it
Refunds
If you’re not happy with a full report you bought, email us and you’ll get all your money back for that report. You don’t have to give a reason.
You have 30 days from buying the report to ask for a refund.
